Strengths: LCD screen Rechargeable Battery One-button activity operation Learning Capability Clever set-up utility Weaknesses: Website connection problems LCD menus not as customizable as desired Buttons are a little small Review: I basically love everything about this remote with a few gripes. The fact that it learned all my remotes and provides one-touch operation of activities is wonderful. My wife loves this remote as well because of the activities feature - 1 button to watch DVD instead of several. I wish I could delete some menu items from the LCD screen for my devices. There are dozens of options for my Plasma TV, but some are incorrect/redundant and I only use about 6-9 of them. I don't like going to page 6 to get the one feature I use. The website doesn't like my router, so I have to connect directly to my DSL modem. I also wish they would provide the setup software and only use the web-interface when required (downloading and uploading codes for instance.) All in all though, a really terrific device that sets up easily and is customizable. The LCD is great. I enjoy having it tremendously. Quality: Features: Value:

I spent a while tweaking to get every thing just how I wanted. Each time I could not figure out how to do something, a quick call to customer support either did it for me or explained to me how to to it.
