MY FRIEND GAVE ME AN RTI T2 REMOTE CONTORL TO PROGRAM FOR HIM AND THE PROBLEM I'AM RUNNING INTO IS WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD OR TRY TO UPLOAD THE PROGRAM SAY'S TIMED OUT DURING COMMUNCATION.. I'AM FAMILIAR ON HOW TO PROGRAM A MX3000, MX800, AND MX700 THE PROGRAM SEEMS PRETTY CLOSE... ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.....

you need to put the remote into communication mode its not like a Pronto and I assume the Home Theater remote. You hold down the button on the very bottom of the remote and go into the service menu of the remote. From there hit the right arrow on the LCD till you see computer click that and then send the communication to or from the remote. I don't have a remote in front of me so I'm trying to go from memory which is not a 100% at the moment. If you still need help tomorrow and no one else clarifies my ramblings let me know and I'll guide you through more precisely.
