We are a Crestron House, but do RTI on occasion on small takeover projects. Had a client we took over about a year ago, and updated equipment and programming. About 6 weeks ago their T2c died, so we repaced it with a T2i and reprogrammed it. Just got an email that the remote no longer is controlling anything. The remote still does page flips. They have a T2-B that still works fine. Any suggestions?

Seems to be a ZigBee issue. Is the remote set for two-way communication via 2.4Ghz? Or are both controllers using a 433Mhz antenna?

Both remotes are on the 433 antenna. No Zigbee on the system.

Tech support had me change the channel from the default to 203. That seemed to have solved the issue. First time I have had that issue.
