I don't think anyone works weekends at RTI, so you'll probably have to wait till Monday. On Friday I sent back yet another T2c and we had 7 dead batteries laying around so I stuffed them in the box. WTF I am supposed to do with these damn things... Worst part is that I found 2 more dead ones after I sent that back. So we are going to have place to keep bad batteries now... lol I hope they will let real world issues be discussed!!

Same experience, no email notification, just started working. While I could understand people being on "the list", I wonder if it's outsourced. Mine just started working. It's Sunday 9:30pm CST but Monday 7:30am in India.

RTI Installer....
ArrghTeeEye Installer might work. Of course you'll have to start wearing an eye patch and cursing like a sailor....

Sounds like you have your reasons to be p'd though! Just acknowledging that we both had lost thousands upon thousands of dollars due to bad product. What is controversial about that?? And that it was good they came up with a forum so that maybe we would not have to go through that again.
