Same experience, no email notification, just started working. While I could understand people being on "the list", I wonder if it's outsourced. Mine just started working. It's Sunday 9:30pm CST but Monday 7:30am in India.

Have you ever spoken to RTI tech support?? ..they are certainly not anywhere but Shakopee, MN.
