Has anyone got a working 8870 setup with 2way??
The system I installed works for setting the mode...Heat, Cool, Auto, Off, but temp feedback, Setpoints, dont work. If I press the setpoint buttons up or down I get no fb on the 8811, I set it up as a 1way with the 232 strings and can get the setpoints working fine, but now have no fb.
The denon receiver, weather fb works fine,
I have changed Ports and then redid the commands, changed addresses, changed baud stil nothing for FB
Any ideas??
Cables have tested fine, as the 1 way 232 was sending fine(as well as I have metered them)
Thanks

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far. |

If you want I can look at your file, I have a 16 zone system working since last year. In fact the first version (1.0) only polled 2 zones.

I have a working 8870 file. I don't know what the best way to share the file is but let me know and I can get it to you. Perhaps PM me your email address.

I believe there are several temp setpoint variables depending on the mode, auto vs. heat vs. cool, etc. I'm guessing you may be looking at one while in a differnet mode.
