You are all crazy! The T1 is useless. Haveing to cut
out buttons and try to make sence out of it for multiple
sources. What if the client had a cable box and a sat?
How do you make a client understand "these buttons are
the A,B,C for cable but if your on Sat it is Red, GreenYellow. At least with a M2 you can have it make sence.
Throw in a 20 pack of batteries.

Why in the hell would one sell a T1 with the above combo you mentioned??
We rarely sell the T1, sometimes as an extra remote so the kids don't break the T3.

But given the option between the T1 and the M2, looks like most feel the same here..
When good enough is not good enough.

I disagree with you. The T1 is a very simple, easy to use, durable and rechargeable remote. There are uses for it and we seem to come across them from time to time.

I've yet to find a use for the M2.

T1 It is built better ant the charger makes all the difference. But as stated above their are limited uses for the T1 due to no screen. Think KISS.
Still a CI at heart!

I've started giving customers who buy a M2 a rechargable battery pack and charger.

But, for older people and people technologically challenged, T1 all the way.

Neither, RTI needs a better product for this price range.

When I am forced to make the choice, it's a T1. After having to swap a few M2's at my expense due to the battery life I treat this product like it no longer exists.
