make sure it is your RTIUSB, if so, then delete. If you have multiple entries, that means you tried different USB ports.

If you re-install and still have issues, email me a screenshot of the registry entry....

tried to delete the Vid_13bd&Pid_0020 folder and i can't seem to be able to delete it.

backup the registry before you do anything.
