There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

OEX-

Could you send me a copy? I have not received the best of output from clients regarding scroll lists. Most of my clients like to see all the channels or most of them on one page rather than scrolling through it, but I would love to see what you have done.

Thanks,
Vincent

oex,
are you running vista??? i was on the phone the other week for hours with rti support and we still don't have it fully corrected yet. vista keeps on hiding my "my system" files and after we take them out of hiding it still will not let me view them. i can view them in theater touch everytime. but when i do a file search through the computer they are gone. RTI finally gave up and suggested I give Bill a call!!!!!

I have tried both and right now the popular choice is to use a Logo page that has genres... Sports Movies Music HD Local etc. They choose the type of channel they are looking for first then they are taken to a page with a collection of logos that are of that genere.

I started doing this with Prontos years ago and am still using the same Logos. I felt the ones provided in TTD were just too small. But if you do a scrolling list that makes them wide enough to hit.

I am in the same boat with Springs - my customers enjoy the genres with all listings or most on one page more so than scrolling lists. I think the scrolling lists would be better if they had additional attributes that are constantly mentioned in those TT wishlist threads.
