Check out their web site at http://www.oneforall.com - you'll need your remote's model number to see if you need a three, four or five digit code.

Often a store will commission another TV manufacturer to produce a version of their TV with the store name brand on it. If you can't find a code for a JCPenny's TV, first try calling JCpenny's and ask who made their TV's. If that doesn't work, just start trying all the codes in your book. I've found remote commands that work for a Go-Video VCR (which is never in any book) under Samsung and G.E. I think Samsung actually made BOTH the Go-Video and the G.E.

If your remote has a "code scan" function it may be the only way to find the proper code. But David is right, JC Penny just rebrands their sets from another manufacturer. Might be Samsung, RCA, Panasonic, JVC, Magnavox.
