Hy I'm new for remote central, did anyone can help me to find the DS-3000 for my tsu3000? I'm from Italy and i have a lot of problems to find it and if I find it some shops do not send in ITALY. ciao MAX

I'm in the same boat... dead charger, no blue lights. I need to check the transformer for power... that could be your next step, too.

Found out that the little slo-blo fuses go bad on these. Cheap and easy fix if you know how to solder.
Fuse: subminiature 750mA (some say 500mA) 125v
Easy to check with a ohm meter. A good fuse should register less than 50-100 ohms. Infinite ohms equals bad fuse... so replace.
I will post a DIY pictorial when I get my fuse today and solder it in.

PS: If your blue lights do NOT come on when the unit is in the dock, you probably have a blown fuse. The remote will still show it is charging, when, in fact, it is NOT.
