Hello, I have been using the RC 5000 for several years and now need to update and change the program. I now am using an iMac(not Intel) computer and was wondering if the remotes program is compatible with the Mac. Also does anyone know if there is a USB cable available to connect my remote to my computer. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks Soonerpete

There's no Mac program. You'll have to emulate Windows on the Mac, or use a PC. The Keyspan USB - serial adaptor, with the RC5000 cable, works fine.

Sooner,
Being new here, you may want to print and read the Pronto FAQ where you will find answers to MANY of the questions you might have.
Also, you might want to download and read the ProntoEdit4 manual from the Classic Pronto Files section. Although you may be using Tonto (do a search please) to edit your configuration, the concepts in the manual carry over to that tool as well.
Welcome to the addiction.
