Hi,
does any one know how to get the functions of the remote control "Bose 3-2-1" to the "One for All Kameleon 8210"?
One of my problems at the moment is to transfer the BOSE switch-function (example AUX to Video1).
Any hints?
Thanx David

Assuming you are using set up code 1629 (which I believe is pre-loaded in the 8210) to control the basic functions of your Bose system, you need to contact One-for-All customer service and request the advanced functions for that set up code. See the subject "Key Magic" in your user manual. One additional suggestion: Ask them to also send you the advanced functions for the other Bose set up code 1229. There may be few extra functions in there that will also work on your unit.

Whow, thanx for the good and fast replies.
Until now I thought that you press a button on a RC and something is happening. So this is new area for me ;-)
Are there any hints how and where I can switch the devices on the Bose 3-2-1. Rob mentioned the INPUT-Codes. But I dont know how to handle / where to find.
Confused about things you can do with a RC %-) David

David, To use any of the codes above, you would keymove a code to any key on the remote that will accept keymoves (almost all of them; the manual won't tell you that). To put (as an example) the command "INPUT: VIDEO 1 (TV)" (which is advanced code 054) on your STOP button (because it resembles a TV screen), you would:
1. Press and hold the MAGIC key until the rabbit comes out of the hat (the screen will change to the setup screen). 2. Press KEY MAGIC. 3. Press the device key (AUD1 or AUD2 or whatever device you have the 1629 code on). 4. Press the MAGIC key once. 5. Enter the 5-digit function code (00054). 6. Press the key to which the function will be assigned (STOP; if this key is located in a different screen than the main screen, use the SCROLL key to access the screen). The IR Indicator will blink twice and the screen will return to the Setup screen.
