Assuming you are using set up code 1629 (which I believe is pre-loaded in the 8210) to control the basic functions of your Bose system, you need to contact One-for-All customer service and request the advanced functions for that set up code. See the subject "Key Magic" in your user manual. One additional suggestion: Ask them to also send you the advanced functions for the other Bose set up code 1229. There may be few extra functions in there that will also work on your unit.
