Hi I own a Sony STR-DE685 Reciever with a Sony RM-PP411 Remote control that I cannot get to work with my Kameleon Remote. I've tried all the command codes, and no go. All othere components work without a hitch. The 1-800 # is down over the holidays. Any suggestions of anything else i can try in order to get this to work.

My family is comin for the holidaze and I wanted this to be fully functional.

You need to change the code your receiver responds to, it's a new code set, so you'll need to change to the old code set. The only code you'll find in any universal remote. Check this thread;
