One option is you can use one of the hacker programs to create a custom screen on start up.

if you don't want to go that route you can re-order the devices on your neo. You can cut and paste or delete and re-add devices in the order in which you want them to appear. Whatever order the devices are listed in neoedit is the order the buttons will be displayed on the Neo device page.

when you re-order the devices, neo-edit will re-order the buttons in the same order as the devices are listed. If your devices are DVD, CD, Tuner, TV, Receiver.....the buttons will be:
DVD - CD
Tuner - TV
Receiver

neo hacker isn't for re-arranging layouts, you would have to create a "made up" device in neoedit and call it "start page" or whatever you want to call it. Organize buttons on the screen for "start page" in whatever order you want. Then save. Open the ncf with neohacker and go to the "start page" device. Then click on the menu at the top where it says "set device as start up or whatever the phrase is. Then save. open the hacked ncf in neoedit and download it to your Neo. DO NOT SAVE THE HACKED NCF WHILE YOU ARE IN NEOEDIT....IT WILL DEFAULT BACK TO THE DEVICE PAGE.
