Just thought I'd share my simple method of having a custom start page without having to hack, re-hack, save, and download each time. I made a custom device page and called it "Start Menu". When I first download my ncf into my neo I click on the "Start Menu" button on the default device page and leave it in my HT. I also set the last step of my "ALL OFF" macros to JUMP to the "Start Menu" page. That way, every time someone picks up the remote it always comes on at the start page. I also set the FUNCTION button on the Neo to jump to the start page as well.
Just a simple solution I thought I'd share with those of you who may be tired of all the hacking.
No offense to neohacker as I use it to insert discrete IR codes and it works great!

You need to tell us more details Emedocin. What version of firmware/software are you using? What type of file are trying to download? Butch
