My remote is hanging and is completely unresposive with the message "touch the top left corner."

Cannot re-apply the firmware either.

Any advice?

Try removing the battery cover and look for the small
hole above the batteries. That is the reset button
that you should press with a paper clip or something
small. Depress the button and the Neo should beep to
let you know it has been reset.
The firmware update may have been corrupted on install,
so try calibrating again, if it hangs then reset and
reload the firmware to the unit again.
Good luck.

Thanks for the advice....

I tried resetting as suggested but that did not work. I eventually got the firmware to be reapplied by install a downlevel version that I had to hunt for. Then I upgraded to the new version and all is well.

Thanks for you help.

Where did you download the old firmware?
