Try removing the battery cover and look for the small
hole above the batteries. That is the reset button
that you should press with a paper clip or something
small. Depress the button and the Neo should beep to
let you know it has been reset.
The firmware update may have been corrupted on install,
so try calibrating again, if it hangs then reset and
reload the firmware to the unit again.
