Has any one come across after the upload progress bar completes, edit states it is converting the data, I then recieve a message " neo edit has performed an illegal operation and must shut down" I have never had this problem before and now get it all the time, any thoughts?

I don't think that is a corrupt file as the remote is working fine. I am trying to upload back to the computer and having troubles, does anyone know if files hacked with neo hacker have upload problems, as this the first time I am trying to upload a hacked file, also this is my first time running the latest version of neo edit so I'm not sure of the cause

You have the newest Firmware as well I assume. Not sure if uploading a NeoHAcked file will do this, but it's possible.

Could also be that the old file was made with the older software/firmware??

Have you tried to re download the same ncf file now with the newest software and then Upload it?

Never had problems uploading and/or downloading hacked files. I had a problem uploadind/downloading when I had the emulator running. Once I closed it I had no problems. Make sure your emulator is closed. If that don't work, seems like you have a corrupted neoedit. I would save your ncf's uninstall neoedit, reboot and re-install neoedit from the Philips site. Hope this helps.

Well I got it work, I think that allamand had the right idea as the file was made with the previous version of neo edit, I had a backup copy of my file, I opened it in the new version of edit, d/l to neo, and then tryed uploading with no problem. Thanks for the help!
