Never had problems uploading and/or downloading hacked files. I had a problem uploadind/downloading when I had the emulator running. Once I closed it I had no problems. Make sure your emulator is closed. If that don't work, seems like you have a corrupted neoedit. I would save your ncf's uninstall neoedit, reboot and re-install neoedit from the Philips site.
