No can do. Different file types and there is no way to convert between the two. Plus, the Neo uses different IR code types than those in a CCF. In addition, you wouldn't want to use graphics that weren't designed for a 4 color greyscale display like the Neo has. You'll need to either start from scratch or use some of the NCF files here to create your own.

You can however use the codes from a CCF file. Go to the Pronto files area and download CCFDumper.Use CCFDumper to extract the codes you need and then use Pronto2Neo to convert them from hex code to a format that Neo can use. I have a RC3200 so I just copied and pasted the codes I needed without converting them.

Narvarr did a good job above outlining the steps required, but you might have some difficulty finding CCF Dumper under that name in the Pronto file section: it's listed under CCF Tools, as it's part of that suite.

I thought you wanted to copy the whole thing graphics and all...

Of course, it is a tedious process if you need alot of the codes, if it is just a few you don't even need to dump the whole file and use the converter. You can open the ccf in tonto or prontoedit and copy and paste the hex codes into your ncf using neohacker. If you need alot it will be a pain to cut and paste that many codes.
