Does anyone know the code or have the file so that i can program my Pronto for my receiver. I do not have the Yamaha remote so i can not use the learning function. Thanks for any help.

Go to the files area. In the Neo section under "component configurations" you'll see "Yamaha" and beneath that "Receivers". There are several models that are close to yours (HTR-5280, HTR-5460, HTR-5550, HTR-5560). It is almost certain that one of these will control your equipment as well as most mfg's use the same codesets throughout a product line.
