Does anyone have a configuration for DirecTV's D10 reciever? I have tried learning the buttons from the factory remote but with no luck.

Are you sure this receiver uses IR commands and is not an RF remote controlled unit? Is the Neo learning the codes or are you getting a "failed" message? If it accepted the codes, are they just not operating the device itself?

That is weird. I have the DirecTV H10 receiver on my RC3200 and it works flawlessly but I am having a simular problem w/my JVC receiver. It says OK on all of the learned buttons but it will not operate some of the function like input selection for Video1 and video2 but it works for VCR, AM, FM, and CD.

Have you tried getting really close to the device to see if they work? It could be as simple as changing batteries. Some equipment is more sensitive than others.
