RC about 2 yrs old - hope its not on its way out.
Lately while watching TV (Satellite) and going back & forth to the VCR, the RC locks up and reverts back to Phillips default screen. I end up quickly removing one of the batteries to restart the RC so I can go back to the Set Up screen and correct the clock- which reverts to 12am. At least the date stays current.
Any fix to this?
On a side note, I think my next remote will be one of the Logitech Harmony's - 676, 680 or 688. The 880 too pricey.

no idea on the problems (I'm assuming your versions are the latest firmware but I don't have mine around to check).
As for me, I am seriously looking at the Harmony 520. For only $99 msrp at Walmart it looks like an awesome remote. I'm growing tired of the poor responsiveness of my neo screen and always having to look down....I need more hard buttons.
