Hi. I am newuser with ProntoNEO. I cannot seem to make my remote learn any of my TV commands. My TV is a panasonic PT50LC13 LCD projection TV. I think I am doing everything right (go to device page, press mode, press learn, hold remotes in front of each other, press button to learn, keep tv remote button pressed).
I have been able to learn most of my receiver buttons (although not all). The remote just keeps saying "failed" for every button on my TV (and some buttons on the receiver).
If any of your pros can tell me what I am missing, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

try pressing the tv remote buttons quickly (tapping)...also try holding the remotes at different distances and angles to eah other.

No, doesnt seem to help either. It gives a "failed" message as soon as I tap it the first time.
