one of the 4 hard buttons (below the screen) has broken. have a Pronto Neo TSU 500/01
1. where could I find a replacement face plate- it thats possible? 2. How does the plate come off? I unscrewed the 2 screws and tried to use a small (flat) screwdriver to pry the 2 pieces apart, but stopped because I thought I was going to break the unit for good. 3. Also, how long can the unit go on with out batteries before I loose all the personal settings?
Thx

I doubt you can buy the casing, besides I don't think the buttons have anything to do with it. If the buttons are broken, you are better off trying to fix them yourself. Search this forum for threads on broken buttons and you'll find plenty of users who had this problem. Your other choice is to buy another Neo on ebay or pick up a refurb.

How about a battery cover? Any idea if you can pick one of these up anywhere?

you could post a new thread asking owners of broken Neo's if they'd sell you theirs for parts.
