I just bought a Neo a week ago. I am trying to customize it as I want to but I have discovered a problem that I can't solve on my own.

I want to use the swedish characters "åäö" (a with a ring over it, a with two dots over it and o with two dots over it). I can write ä and ö but not å (a with a ring over it). Anyone have this problem? Or better anyone has a solution for this problem?

Sure. The solution is to make your own buttons. If you want to use the default buttons you can copy a blank one from the gallery and use an editing program to add your own lettering. Even MS Paint will do that. So use NeoEdit to type in the characters you can, and for the other words make your own buttons. It will take a little extra work, but if you don't have too many to do it won't be so bad.
