I have been trying to get my ProntoNeo to work for about two weeks with the Toshiba SD-H400, but with no luck. I have tried programming it and also using the learning function. I am postive I am using the learning function correctly because I have programmed three other devices the same way. Any advice?

what is happening when you learn codes? Is it saying "failed" or "successful"? Are the learned codes just not working?

It says that it is succesful but then when I try and use the remote nothing happens on the Toshiba box. I have changed the batteries, bought a one for all remote to try and learn from that and still nothing. If you have any advice let me know.
Thanks,
Eric
