Maybe you can use neohacker to enter the code manually.
You have to convert into ProntoNeo protocol before (using pronto2neo converter .xls file)

Actually, you don't need to convert the format. NeoHacker will accept Hex codes or Neo format codes.
That said, inarus7 is right. Download NeoHacker from the files area and manually input this code.
