My husband received this remote as a gift. Not long after, it ceased to work. It's not the batteries. It turns on, but the touchscreen doesn't respond. I'm wondering where I might take it/send it to get it foxed and how much it might cost. Also, is it even worth it? I have had no luck getting information from Philips. Thanks!

According to this thread...

Philips wanted $95 to replace a backlight. Based on that it probably isn't worth it. You can get refurbs for about $75 all over the place.
