I've "upgraded" my firmware to the latest version and now its doesn't work. I get the calibrate screen and can't get past it. I tap left upper corner and then lower right. It always fails. I have no screen protecter. I have tried everything from a palm stylus to a pencil to a finger and it will not get past this screen. Cancel doesn't work either. Can I get back to the old firmware or is there some magic trick? I am very close to running this piece of junk over with my truck. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

A last resort, I know, but have you tried the Tech Support people at Philips?

Have you done a "hard reset"? I forget how to do it but it is probably in the manual. I think you might have to hold down the reset button. If that doesn't work, try installing an older version of the firmware and then re-upgrading. Someone just posted the old firmware here a few days ago in a post requesting firmware.

I've tried all forms of reset. I'll look for the old firmware, I didn't come across it in my last bit of searching.
