Tried to use my pronto this morning to turn on the radio and couldn't. When I tried to press any button, it activates whatever is about 50 pixels to the right. I tried to re-callibrate but I can't because the setup button is on the left hand side of the screen. Reset doesn't fix it.

Is this a common problem? Is there any way to fix it. After reading some posts on here, I'm begining to regret buying this remote.

Phil,
Try installing the latest firmware (v 1.5.3). Even if you already had that version installed, it may "reset" your Neo.

PS- I answered your Neo concerns you posted over on HTF as well.

Good luck!

Don't feel bad, you're definitely not the only one who's had doubts as to purchasing their Neo. I've wanted to smash mine a few times, but then I figured out a fix from this website.

I had a problem updating my Neo w/ the latest firmware. I'd updated the firmware, but afterwards the Neo kept saying it had the previous version, even though it said it was installing v1.5.3.

I had the old version of firmware on my PC originally. After totally de-installing the firmware software from my PC, restarting the PC, and then reinstalling, I was able to successfully update my firmware. I'm running XP pro.

Just a tid-bit in case you need it.

Well, I tried it and it looked like it fixed it but it did the same thing again 3 hours later.

I'm going to try and take it back.
