Since the Epg is not working properly since upgrading to the latest version, how do I force my iPronto back to the previous version?

Maybe a (re-)activation of you EPG subscription helps?
As far as I know downgrading is not possible.

How do i do this? (re-activate).

Can I cancel the subscription and then re-create a new subscription - or will this just rob me of my outstanding 2.5 yrs subscription to the EPG data?

see page at [Link: pronto.philips.com]

Login and click on the "manage" button, then choose "Activation key".

When I do what you say, and get a new activation key, the iPronto says "The EPG subscription linked to your device has already been activated"

What do I do now?

I have tried emailing Philips via the website but the support form seems more appropriate for iProntoEdit software problems and this is clearly not in that category.

I am really annoyed at this cockup - the EPG is now totally useless until (presumably) British Summer Time comes to an end in late October. :(

Right, well, I bit the bullet and deleted my subscription, created a new one, got an activation key and re-activated my iPronto. It made no difference to the BST problem. I'm still getting GMT timings not BST timings.

I am convinced the problem is NOT down to the EPG at all, but a bug in the new Firmware. As I posted elsewhere, I tried setting a different timezone. There is no setting available for BST, but when I set GMT+1 Amsterdam (GMT+1=BST) the system clock is set BACK by 2 hours. Surely this isn't correct?
