Hello,
It has been a while since I accessed the Harmony site (due to being busy with other matters) but recently I noticed that you have removed the option of entering hex codes into the remote.
I understand that you expect me to send you the codes and you will supposedly add them to my profile in 24-48 hours.
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
Since I like to experiment with the hex codes and often it takes me several tries to get exactly the result that I wanted, with this new process in place it might take me a WEEK to achieve something that I used to do in THIRTY MINUTES.
I am extremely disappointed and very upset with you removing a very important capability from my remote AFTER I PURCHASED IT, especially since this capability INFLUENCED MY DECISION TO BUY IT.
This is similar to buying a radio and one day finding out that the manufacaturer blocked it from tuning in to your favourite station, because he did not deem it popular enough.
I expect you to either add this capability back or provide me with a reasonable workaround.
