This is the response I received from support:
We understand that some of our customers have used this feature in the past. Commands entered into the IR Analysis Center do not populate into the public database. As a result the commands must be re-entered every time the device is added to an account.
In an effort to improve our database and further assist customers we request that users who need any Pronto or Hex codes added to the Harmony send the codes to us to be entered into your account. This will be done within 24 - 48 hours. This process allows us to add new commands to the database. When you add the device in the future the commands will already be included. This will better serve our customers.
