I have recently changed my cable provider to att uverse. I upgraded my remote to the harmony 890. The pvr provided by att is the motorolla vip 1216. All of my connected components work well with the 890 with the exception of att's pvr. Att's equipment works sometimes with the 890 but it is hit and miss. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what is the fix. Any info would be much appreciated.

thanks

I don't have this device, but try increasing the Inter-Key and Inter-Device delays (under Device > Settings > Adjust the delays). Set them both to the same value in case the "criss-crossed" and/or "added together" bug is still present. Else, try increasing the "number of repeats" (now nameless) under Device > Troubleshoot > Device responds to some commands either too many times or only occasionally.
