There's nothing to "spin doctor". It's an understandable
cost cutting move. However, they still have email support
available so as long as they're responding to email you
can still get things done when needed.
For someone like yourself, that's proficient with Harmony configs and programming methods, I would think you wouldn't be concerned if they dropped the help center entirely. Unfortunately, I'd bet that the masses don't share your abilities.
