Does anyone know how to config the Harmony 880 universal remote to control the Creative Zen Vision music/video player? I don't have the Creative remote so I can't make the 880 learn it. I wonder if anyone knows a way to config it manually?

Same way you configure every other device - pick it from the list of devices. They're all in the harmony database. You only have to teach the new or obscure ones that aren't listed.

Did you ever figure this out?

I've got the 659, and I'd like to be able to control my Creative Zen Vision W 60GB when I have it connected to the TV, but I can't find where to set it up inside the remote software.

The closest I could find was under:

Music Player : Digital Music Server : Creative : Zen

However that does seem to work at all.

Just for reference it does have a IR remote (which I don't have).

I have been looking for a remote for the Vision W for a while. They seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth. I've looked on ebay, "anything but ipod" forums, JP1 forums, this forum and googled like crazy for codes or a remote for the W. I have a Harmony 550 and asked Logitech to upload the codes for the W. They created the digital music server you mentioned in your posting. You are correct that it does not work. It lists all the right buttons but they don't do anything. I let Logitech know they didn't work and they responded I would have to get the hex codes from Creative and send them to Logitech. I contacted Creative and requested information for the codes or someplace where I could purchase the remote. They sent a boiler plate email stating my W was out of warranty and they could not offer any support. There is a code set available for the Harmony that works with part of the W. When you select the device for Harmony put in the description "Creative Zen M". Some of the codes from the M will work with the W. The pause and play work, the volume works. The fast forward and rewind function as the next/previous track keys. The enter works and the up/down keys work. Unfortunately you cannot fast forward/rewind or access the menu. I had mentioned to Harmony that the Zen M codes almost work but I only received the reply about the hex codes mentioned above. Please post any results you get in locating codes for the W. One last thing, make sure to turn on the IR feature of the W. By default it is turned off.
