Hi All,

Since Sky TV in the UK have changed their radio numbering system, my Harmony 885 remote can no-longer use the favorite channels selction.

The channel now starts with a zero (e.g. 0101), but this is ignored by the remote, the sky digibox receives 101.

I did think of programming a button "0" as a special code then specifying that in the favorites, but I am not sure how to go ahead with this?

Any suggestions?

I don't know if this will work with the 885 .... it is a trick I have seen mentioned to allow the "-" character be used in favorites in the 6xx Harmony series.

On the Sky Device learn the IR command for the "0" button from the sky remote onto a command whose name is a single letter (for example "z").

Then try entering the favorite channel as "z101".

Just an update on this:
I tried the trick using a "z" or a "-", the web page doesnt let you specify a z or - in the favorite channels, so this gets blocked at the first hurdle :(

I ended up calling harmony support, they fixed it in 10 minutes over the phone.

Very impressive customer service - I was amazed to discover they were open until 4am gmt!
