Guys- I've been able to configure everything using the website but everytime it tries to communicate with the remote (File Download), I don't get the option to "open" the file. It only gives me a "save" button and a "cancel" button. I have XP sp2, so I got the bar on the top of the screen the first time. I clicked it and selected file download. Now, I am stuck with the 2 options in the File Download dialog box. I can save it to disk, but then if I double-click, windows says it can't open it and asks me if I want to select a program manually or use the internet to select the appropriate program- neither of these options work. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Sorry. I figured it out. Apparently, my software download was corrupted so it didn't recognize the file type.

can you let me know what progam you associated with the file type? I'm having the same problem as you
