Oh and Mason: My injuries are all better except for my back - which may take up to a year to heal (if it ever does) *sigh* Lol Ive been paying my brother to rub my poor shoulders for me since the boyfriend is gone. :P

Hang in there, soft tissue injuries are the hardest to win a decent award for but if you can get enough medical evidence on your side you should do okay.

As for waiting a year? that's S.O.P. for these type of things, heck, it's been over 2 years now in my case and we're just getting to te discoveries stage in my case....

"Discoveries"? I'm *injured* you jerks! I'll never walk the way I used to *again*! I'm on muscle relaxants to get at least an acceptable amount of sleep >.< ;)
