Ditto currently, but I do remember a time or two I had issues with a Sharp discrete or two.

Yeah, I just dealt with a POS BB only Sharp model. No discretes. We could not find another 32" that was decent and would not conflict with the LG that was in the room also. I forgot Rick figured out the codes for them. That is why I come here!

Which sharp model, I have a (costco) Sharp coming up this week.
I can't recall the model right now, but would like to be prepared.

I do not remember but I searched the model # here and found out about the lack of dicretes. Funny how people don't remember or know about the search feature here. Hey at least you can return that TV forever. LOL

I have had to integrate some Samslugs LCD's this year that did not have discrete inputs. They were current models. We always speck LG's as we have had no problem with discretes. We are looking at adding the Nuvision line, as they have good picture quality, offer full discretes, want to sell to integratiors only and have rear IR inputs.

So to put a fine point on this, as it's not clear from this thread: can anyone confirm from direct experience, that Toshiba's new Regza line (hate the name, but liked what I saw at CEDIA) of LCD panels have discretes?

FYI that I pressed a couple of Toshiba guys re: discretes at their booth at CEDIA, and they laughed and insisted the Regza's all have discretes.
