Boston, always will to help with any issue I may have, and great products at a great price.

Greyfox (OnQ/Legrand), innovative, exciting products at great prices that are easy to install. When I have had issues (the Cat5 intercoms) they stood by me and helped me through it the whole way. I just got a new OnQ rep, and he is already doing a fantastic job. I can't wait to see what they release at CEDIA.

Harman/Kardon, my area rep (Jim Ristow) is awesome and always helpful. I had a receiver die after 6 months on site, and it was exchanged for a brand new unit without a question.

Speco Technologies, okay this may be my local rep (Scott Orf from C&C Products), but this company is expanding by leaps and bounds. Never dealt with a company so willing to do whatever it took to get my business AND help me get more business. The local rep loaned me a top of the line DVR so I could set it up at a jobsite on the hope the builder would buy just one more. That is going above and beyond.

This got me too. I am as willing as the next guy to bash someone for not doing what they say they will do. Not often enough do we spend the time to thank those that have helped us along the way.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Ed will be known as the Tiger Woods of the integration business, followed closely with the renaming of his company to "Hotties A/V". The tag line will be "We like big racks and tight holes"...

My vote:

Martin Logan - virtually no problems, but they are such an accomodating company. They are looking to make inroads into the CI market, so if you need a great speaker line, give them a chance.

Triad (although they had some minor stumbles recently for me on a sub amp repair and grill replacement [sheesh their grills suck so much]) However, a great line and I can't imagine running my business w/o them.

B & K advanced replacement is getting more common but they still only offer it if they have to.

Home Logic They have assembled a good bunch of people. The main 2 guys that run the company are usually very accessible.
Chasing Ernie's post count, one useless post at a time.

RBH- I have only been in the business for two years and I wanted to be an M&K dealer but then I found RBH and I am thankful everyday. They have spent hours on the phone explaining speakers to me (theory and when to use certain speakers for different applications, etc.). Fantastic line fantastic people. Thank you Jared, preston, Daren, Gary (the new guy), and Pam.

Nuvo-GREAT customer service.

John and Bob at Envisage Sales are My favorite reps. RBH, Epson, and Continental seating.

Audioquest-They treat Me very well.

The best part is is that I consider them all my friends.
Could not be in business without these guys.
If you think you can or you can't your wright.

My good friends at Bay Audio

Nuvo

While Integra can slip up on shipping and billing... I hope they know how good their NW rep is... his attention to detail makes dealing with them great

I kind of wondered about that Big P....Cutting you slack for some reason?

My list?

Sherwood Newcastle. Advance replacement IS a standard.

InFocus. Only time I had an issue, it was taken care of promptly.

Russound. No doubt that this company will do what's right whenever needed.
