I need to convert a digital audio stream from the output of a video processor to L&R audio to be fed to zone 3 of an Anthem AVM-30. Any body have a favorite they would like to share?

I have used DAC's from Parts Express for REALLY cheap low end projects, but why not use a Xantech AV61 distribution amp and split the analog outputs(it is a buffered amp) of the processor?

The video processor (DVDO VP30) does not have any analog outputs. Nothing to connect to the input on the AV-61.
