I am teaching four seminars for Universal Remote Control at CEDIA expo. If you haven't played with their new remote control (the MX700), it is an custom installer's dream come true.

Imagine; a remote control that ships with a prewritten "cheat sheet" for the clients home theater.

Imagine; a remote control that programs in minutes, not hours!

You'll receive a Sidekick remote control capable of 190 step macros (the ULTIMATE channel surfing remote control - guaranteed to keep you surfing for hours longer than you ever have before!!!) plus a CDRom packed with Eric Johnson's tips and tricks and the new glossy color 60 page guide to programming A/V systems.

That's over a hundred bucks worth of stuff, free!

Join me at one of these One Hour seminars:

Thursday, September 26, 5 to 6 p.m in Room L100A - Lower Level.
Friday, September 27, 5 to 6 p.m in Room M101A&B – Mezzanine Level. Saturday, September 28, 1 to 2 p.m. and again from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m in Room M100J – Mezzanine Level. All classes are in the Convention Center.

Reserve your free stuff!

Call Sheila at Universal Remote Control:

Hi Zinon,

I am sorry that yours slipped through the cracks! I know that Universal shipped out more than 500 kits to last years attendees. They did ship many months late however. Maybe your address changed in the meantime?

This year, the remotes are at the seminar, so you walk away with it! No more delayed gratification!

Why don't you give me a call, I 'll get your personal situation squared away.

Best Regards,

-Eric

Thanks Eric.
After taking your seminar last year and seeing how easy it is to program, I have sold quite a few of the remotes. Looking forward to seeing you in Minneapolis. Thanks for all your help.

Thanks to everyone who made the Universal Remote Control seminars such a huge success!

We met hundreds of you over the past few days, and really appreciate the time you spent learning about the new MX700 dual remote control system.

This time, we had remote controls and cdroms for everyone on site, and hopefully, everyone is programming a sidekick for their own system in the next few days.

Thanks again, for making time in your schedule for the Universal Remote Control seminars!

Best Regards,

-Eric

I would like to in turn thank Eric for the excellent presentation on a very capable remote. I will definitely be including this remote control in future installations. I would not be saying enough if I only said you blew away all of my expectations. I have been aware of the product; however, I never really checked out the programing in depth. I have never seen such an intuitive, well designed, and functional program for a single product. I am sure we will be programming these remotes at a blazing speed in no time at all. I have to thank Universal Remote for all of the top notch engineering that has obviously gone into this product. If it works half as well as it appears to work, and so far so good at this end... You have got a product that any custom installer would love to deal with. You have truly raised the bar. ALL other remote control companies should take notice, and you should pop the corks.

By the way. I have to say that even though I have always admired your efforts, I ditched the SL-9000 years ago for programing issues. (Mainly the ever changing manual, and inability to program on a laptop) Now you have erased the past that was checkered in my eyes, and regained all of my confidence. We go to Cedia to find out if there is and legitimate reasons for us to make changes in our product line up. You have given me that reason.

It was a pleasure to meet you Eric. I only wish I had the chance to meet Daniel. Another individual who done so much for the Media minded. I'm not trying to kiss ass here, and I'm not saying this is the only remote we will offer, but I will definitely be selling them joyfully. Anybody in custom installation would be foolish to not get one of these and learn how simple it is. Keep up with delivering all of the wonderful codes and discretes, and you will have a very loyal customer in Chicago. Stay one step ahead.
