Get a new LNB by the sound of it. I'll go out on a limb and say that given your symptoms it's very unlikely to be anything else.

Maybe when you focused the dish you hooked up to Dish Network satellites instead of DirecTV satellites.

Is this an existing system you are trying to fix or a new system you are installing. Are you just hooking it to one dish or multiple seperate dishes? Are you using a built in multiswitch in the dish or three seperate lnbs?

Check the dials on the multiswitch, if you are using a newer oval dish with the multiswitch built in you will need to set the switches to 22khz. If this is your setup then you should be able to connect the four wires from the dish in any order on the switch and it shouldn't matter.

When setting the switch to 22k, makes sure you feel a click as you are adjusting the screw. Then make sure it is right on the mark, this got me recently. But a quick call to Spaun ( great support ) and all was well.

I also always bypass the multiswitch first and go straight to the box just to make sure signal is strong on A,B, and C first. Once I no I am good there then I hook everything up to the Spaun.

Good luck
When good enough is not good enough.
