Hmmm...you know, wondering if it'd be easier to use Leviton's "sectional" wallplates, vs. modifying a 3/4 gang wallplate?

Only problem with those "sectional" wall plates? They end up looking like..... well you know what I'm gonna say, don't you.......

Really, get the soft flexible P&S decoras and just trim with a razor knife. Too easy.

And if you look around, I think you'll find that there are even some plates that have a conventional switch opening on one side with a couple of decora openings in the middle and the other side (just in case you're dealing with a standard light switch).

Those sectional plates were really for commercial applications where the box needs to be covered, but nobody really cares what it looks like.

Just saw my first one installed in a house (DIY job by the customer, I'm sure), and it looked HORRIBLE... We just looked at eachother and shrugged...

Good to know, thanks! Glad I didn't waste any time/$$$ on the sectional stuff :)
