Does anyone know the code required to make thumbnails that would opn a larger version in another window??

I'm thinking Ebay style...

This could make a virtual photo album a lot of fun and take the burden off Daniel's servers.

Our crew just wrapped up a 32 week job on a beautiful lakeside home that has spectacular mountain views...

The home featured a dedicated theater with enough seating for a small town, a light cannon projector displayed on a 30'+ wide Stewart screen, a massive theater sound system that features 48,000 watts over 16 sub towers each with a dozen 18" drivers (a 2K Amp subpanel was required for this room alone).

Other features within this home included an stealth 7.1 surround system with a FPJ on a lift and a 92" motorized multiple masking screen in each of the homes 14 primary bedrooms, 28 PDPs and over a dozen widescreen LCDs, over one hundred pairs of speakers in 64 zones of audio inside and outside the home, etc.

Here is picture of the main house from the gatehouse...

rick........ as to the photo question

i think the easiest way to have thumbnails created that open large when you click them is to use ms frontpage

insert a web component ( photo gallery )

select your photos and it will make both the smaller ones and larger ones for your selected photos and link them properly

then upload the photos and copied html code.

or publish to a web folder straight from frontpage

Yes. You need a smaller image to post, and the code would be thus:

[a href="http://www.yourhost.com/fullsize_image.jpg" target="new"][img src=""][/a]

Of course, since this site uses html and not vB, substitute < for [ and > for ]. Ignore the coincidence that one of the fictitious URLs' happens to be a link.

You really can't upload and store photos here that I am aware of.

I was wondering if I could place a selection of small thumbnails of a photo in an "img src=" style links, that would then access the full size photo (hosted on imagemonster or somewhere else) in a new window so we can have a full album of shots of jobs like JBJ posted above.

Like you do when you list a car on ebay or something.

if you use target="new" it will open all the thumbnails into the same new window, not adding a target will load it into the current window and using a different target will open a different window.
