Have a client who is having a strange issue with his AppleTV. It works fine with his streaming services except AppleTV+.
Has video, but no audio. It's on the latest firmware. Other AppleTV's in the house work fine.
Anyone have a clue?

Are you sure it's the latest firmware? (Not accusing you, just asking)
Reason I ask is we have had multiple issues with Apple TV's (4/5th Gen) and different apps.
Auto Update is on, however if you check for update, there is one.
Once it downloads and installs, apps work fine again.
Been experiencing this for multiple customers

I did confirm that the firmware was the latest. Going to tell them to try deleting App, and reload to see if that helps.
